Australia-first shipping

TidyDen Pets is preparing an Australia-first launch. Orders are packed and fulfilled through supplier partners, and delivery windows are based on the current supplier route for each product.

• Order processing target: 2-4 business days.
• Estimated delivery target inside Australia: 7-15 business days unless a product page states otherwise.
• Delivery estimates can change if supplier inventory, carrier routing, or address details change.

International shipping

United States, United Kingdom, and European Union markets remain in setup until duties, taxes, product origin data, and supplier delivery proof are confirmed. International checkout should not be enabled until those checks are complete.

Returns and refunds

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from the product ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy where appropriate.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, used pet grooming, paw-cleaning, feeding, litter, towel, and fabric items may not be eligible for change-of-mind return.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
