We want TidyDen Pets products to arrive as described and in usable condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us at davz.mendez1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are reviewed after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we verify the issue for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
This policy does not limit rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
