TidyDen Pets sells practical pet-home products for cleaning, walking, entryway organization, travel, and everyday pet routines.

Product information

We aim to describe products clearly and avoid unsupported claims. Product colours, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly between supplier batches. Always check product pages for the current variant, price, and description before ordering.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and an order confirmation is sent. We may cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, supplier pricing changes unexpectedly, address details are incomplete, or fraud/risk checks require it.

Use of products

Use products gently and only for ordinary household pet-care routines. Supervise pets where appropriate, inspect items before use, and stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsuitable for your pet.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TidyDen Pets is not responsible for indirect losses or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
